API 인증

API는 1919년 3월 20일 설립된 비영리법인 단체기관으로 미국석유/ 가스 시추설비 및 석유화학 관련분야에 대한 관련규격을 제정하고 관련된 API Monogram 인증마크를 부여하며 인증제품 제조업체에 대해서 인증 유지에 필요한 관리 감독을 실시하는 단체기관입니다.

API는 American Petroleum Institute(미국석유학회)의 약자이며 API Monogram은 System 및 석유관련 산업체와 소비자들이 공동으로 1924년에 개발한 API Monogram Program은 API Monogram Equipment Licensing Program이라 불리며 석유와 천연가스 관련업체들의 유전 개발 장비, 동제품의 서비스, 안전 및 품질 및 기기에 관한 인증 및 서비스를 위한 규범으로 개발되었습니다.

각종 밸브, 파이프, 천공기기, 저장탱크, 항공유용 필터류, 펌프, 천공유, 시멘트 등을 생산하는 세계 각국의 기업들이 인즈을 취득하고 있습니다.
